Markus Trost

Markus Trost is based in our Frankfurt office and focuses on senior-level search assignments for industry and technology companies. He has many years of leadership experience as a managing director in corporate groups and SMEs.

He leads the local Technology, CIO Office and Business & Professional Services division and advises clients beyond the search-assignment in the areas of digital transformation, data & artificial intelligence as well as IIoT and connectivity and on issues relating to ecosystems.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, he has worked as a CEO in the BPO/eCommerce industry for the leading provider arvato, a division of the Bertelsmann Group, as well as for a medium-sized corporate group. He started his career in a renowned strategy consulting firm. Markus holds a Master Degree in Industrial Engineering from KIT and a postgraduate education from Harvard Business School, INSEAD and IMD.
