Manny Corsino

Manny Corsino is a Partner and Head of Odgers Berndtson’s Latin American practice based in Miami, managing global relationships with the firm’s Latin American offices. He has more than two decades of regional and global executive search experience helping clients with strategic approaches toward achieving their vision and growth, recruiting and delivering leadership teams capable of making an immediate and sustainable impact. With his general regional expertise in Latin America, Manny has developed strong relationships with a diverse group of clients including Microsoft, Hilton Hotels, UBS, Verifone, Roche, JP Morgan, Pentair, Daikin Mcquay and The Beacon Council.  He has conducted numerous searches for CEO’s, Presidents, General Managers, and Sales Directors in Latin America.  His areas of expertise include Technology, Private Equity, and Consumer and Retailing

Manny Joined the firm from ZRG’s Latin American search practice where he was Managing Director leading the firm’s Latin American strategy. Before ZRG, he was with two other global executive search firms leading their Latin American operations. Born in the U.S. and raised in Argentina, Manny earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from La Universidad del Salvador, Buenos Aires.  He is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
