Kristen Nande

Kristen Nande is a Principal in the Corporate Affairs, Not-For-Profit and Sports practices in the Washington, D.C. office. 

Kristen has over 10 years of business development experience working with manufacturers to target markets and grow revenue. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson she served as Vice President of Business Development at a building material supplier. In addition to her professional experience, Kristen is involved in her community. After seeing the disparity in economic equity for small and minority businesses in Washington, D.C, Kristen helped found The Small Local Business Supplier Association. She continues to serve as a board member. 

A lifelong athlete, Kristen earned a scholarship in track and field at Miami University, where she graduated with a degree in Accounting.
