Jan Thrapp

Jan Thrapp is a Consultant in the Business & Professional Services and Industrial Practices in the Atlanta office and member of the firm’s U.S. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council. Jan has successfully placed executives across a variety of industries for Fortune 500, PE-backed companies, and non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Jan worked across multiple practices and lines of business at Korn Ferry, most recently in Marquee accounts. Prior to her transition into the search industry, Jan worked at a boutique management and strategy consulting firm focused on highly targeted projects for the most senior executives and Boards of Directors. 

Jan holds a BS in Sociology with dual concentrations in Social and Organizational Change, and Cultural Diversity Studies from Kennesaw State University, where she served as President of the sociological honor society and received multiple Presidential awards for both academic and research excellence.
