Helen works to appoint C Suite, Board Level executives and their direct reports across the Private and Public sectors with particular expertise in appointments within the technology and the Retail and Consumer spaces as well as the appointments of Commercial Directors.

She has managed international executive search assignments for a cross section of FTSE and ISEQ quoted companies since 2007 when she began her career in Search with Odgers, Ray and Berndtson in London. There, she lead the Research on Chief Executive, Board and Chair appointments across Central Government, the Arts, Charities, Health and Education as well as senior level appointments in the private sector. During her time in London, she set up and led Odgers Berndtson’s CSR Team and was a member of their Diversity Council.

Helen relocated to Ireland in 2009 where she has continued to work with internationally recognised Executive Search firms to successfully appoint CXO, Board and Director mandates across both the public and private sectors.

As Head of Candidate Care, Helen leads the Candidate Care Agenda at Odgers Berndtson Ireland, championing and ensuring all candidates receive the best possible experience from their interactions with the firm.
