Darin DeWitt

Darin DeWitt is the leader of Odgers Berndtson's Healthcare Services Practice and is an active member of the Private Equity and CFO Practices.  For more than twenty years he has advised leading and emerging company, as well as private equity firms and venture capital groups on talent, talent acquisition strategy and the execution of executive search.  He helps clients build transformative leadership teams.  Before joining Caldwell Partners, Darin was a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ global Life Sciences and Private Equity practices and was a member of Highland Partners’ global Healthcare and Private Equity practices until its acquisition in October 2006. Prior to his career in executive search, Darin co-founded a specialty IPA management company focusing on obstetric and gynecology capitation management. In addition, he built and ran a revenue cycle management company.
