Clare Glackin

Clare Glackin heads the Industrial Practice of Odgers Berndtson in the United Kingdom. Her focus is on Board level executive and non-executive appointments in general, commercial and operational management.

She worked initially in civil engineering consultancy, gaining experience working on the concept and detailed design and on-site delivery of major infrastructure projects as a Chartered Civil Engineer (MICE).

Before joining Odgers she worked in the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and the Ministry of Defence.

Clare graduated from Cambridge with a degree in Engineering Science. She has an MSc in Geotechnical Engineering from Imperial College, London.

Clare is a member of the Advisory Board of Cyrus Investment Management, the specialist engineering turnaround EIS investment adviser.
