Camille Petitti

Camille Petitti is an Engagement Manager with Odgers Berndtson. She specializes in recruitment and senior-level talent development across a broad range of functional roles and industries across Canada.

Camille brings diverse sector experience. She joined the Odgers Interim team in 2017, and previously worked at one of Canada’s top privately-owned executive search firms, where she had a national focus within the retail and consumer packaged goods sectors. Prior to that, she worked in the public sector as a human resources administrator and consultant, streamlining processes and supporting staffing across all functions.

Camille holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. She is also fluently bilingual in English and French.
