Odgers Berndtson is pleased to announce that Jane Griffith has joined our Toronto office as a Partner, focused on the recruitment of senior leaders in the academic, not-for-profit and broader public sectors. Her clients include some of the most prominent universities, colleges and not for profit organizations in Canada.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Jane worked for several national and global search firms, and founded Griffith Research, where she worked with executive search companies located in Canada, the United States, Dubai and Australia. Before her career in search, Jane worked in fundraising.

Jane is an active volunteer both locally and nationally. She is a member of the Steering Committee for the 30% Club Canada, an Advisory Board Member of Informed Opinions, the Co-Chair of the Marketing Committee for Congress with AFP Toronto and the Founder of The Council of Women Executives.

Jane holds a BA, Honours in Legal History from the University of Calgary, and an MA in Legal History from the University of Toronto.
