Henry Miller Joins Odgers Berndtson as Partner and Chairman of the Global Life Sciences Practice

Odgers Berndtson is pleased to announce Henry Miller has joined the firm as Partner and Chairman of the Global Life Sciences Practice based in the United States.

The depth of Henry’s long-standing positioning within the Life Sciences industry enable him to immediately serve as a trusted advisor to our clients as well as help develop new ones.”

Henry joins Odgers Berndtson after eight years with Diversified Search Group (DSG) where he was the Managing Partner of the Life Sciences Practice. Before DSG, Henry was with Solomon Page Group for six years as the SVP and Global Life Sciences Practice Leader.  He started his career at Heidrick & Struggles.

In addition to Henry’s Life Sciences and Healthcare focus serving leading industry organizations and the executive talent needs of their leadership teams, he has worked with a wide spectrum of Fortune 50 companies as well as with pre-IPO, startup companies helping them recruit board directors and other talent.

Henry is a graduate of Rider University with a B.S. in Management & Organizational Behavior. He currently serves on the boards of Glycadia Pharmaceuticals and Eluna, a non-profit organization supporting families and children impacted by grief or addiction.
