Samppa Nylund

Samppa is Partner at Odgers Berndtson in Helsinki and a member of global Board and CEO practice. He also acts as the Managing Partner of Helsinki office.

Samppa serves clients across industries and his greatest emphasis is in assisting companies undergoing strategic and organisational changes. His search work focuses on top level positions including CEOs and Non-Executive Directors as well as functional leadership roles in finance, HR and supply chain.

Samppa has over ten years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting at the highest international level. Before entering executive search, he was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in the Helsinki and Stockholm offices. Samppa started his career in the technology industry and additionally he has experience as an entrepreneur in the education business. Samppa holds a MSc degree in Engineering Physics from the Helsinki University of Technology.
