Richard is the Partner and Head of Odgers Berndtson’s Media Practice, which helps a range of world-class media organisations with senior talent strategy and executive search solutions.
Richard brings over 20 years’ experience in global advertising and media at renowned creative agencies DDB, BBH and TBWA.
Richard has hands-on experience in setting up and running new international offices - being MD of BBH’s New York office, and instrumental in setting up BBH Mumbai. In addition, Richard has held global roles running large blue-chip accounts for brands such as Google, Audi and Vodafone.
Most recently, as CEO of TBWA in London, he worked extremely closely with C—Suite clients and senior media leaders across the world and thus has exceptional in-depth knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in this exciting sector.
Richard graduated from Pembroke, Cambridge University with an MA Honours (Cantab), Modern & Mediaeval Languages (French, Spanish) and is a keen marathoner and triathlete
