Jamie Robertson, CEO of Odgers Berndtson South Africa, is interviewed by Siki Mgabadeli and Owen Nkomo live during the Business slot on Power FM.  The interviews focussed on the recent debate around exaggerated executive remuneration.

The key issues discussed by Siki, Owen and Jamie included the need for current Executive remuneration to be relooked if the best leaders are to be retained and incentivised to remain in South Africa. It is understood that this will prove a controversial move given the current disparity between the lower paid workers and the CEO. However, there is a benefit to the entire country of attracting and retaining the best talent - Happiness of the entire country over time increases.
