Olaf H. Szangolies is Principal at the Frankfurt office of Odgers Berndtson. He advises companies on the allocation of executives and specialists in the automotive, engineering & manufacturing and chemical sectors as well as for digital and legal functions.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Olaf H. Szangolies worked nine years for a large international HR consultancy in Frankfurt, where, as Director, he primarily recruited executives and specialists in the industrial sector and legal areas.

Previously Olaf H. Szangolies worked for four years as a lawyer in a nationwide law firm based in Frankfurt, specializing in the fields of contract and corporate law. A fully trained lawyer, he completed his law degree in Frankfurt and Madrid. Olaf H. Szangolies is married and has two children.
