Irina focuses on senior executive searches for corporations and venture-capital-backed companies in software, systems and services, and has specific expertise in cyber security, data analytics, blockchain. She also leads searches for CIO and Digital Transformation Heads for the organisations of other business areas.

Irina graduated with honours from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) with a degree in Global Financial Markets. She also has an MA in International Management from the ICN Business School and the Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
