Our LeaderBlueprint forms the base for our assessments. This causes us to focus on competencies, experiences and motivations throughout. We do so through both qualitative and quantitative assessments. We aim to complete a personal ‘puzzle’ through different building blocks.
Through our semi-structured qualitative interview we obtain in-depth insights about the candidate. This semi-structured interview is created based on the ideal LeaderBlueprint relative to the role or strategy of organisations.
The quantitative tools we use are psychometric tools Wave and Hogan. The combination of these tools provides information about one's capabilities, aptitudes, drivers as well as what might happen when faced with stress. These tools support our semi-structured interview.
Our individual reporting provides information about strengths, pitfalls and development opportunities. This will be presented to the individual in a feedback session where the candidate has the possibility to ask questions and results will be explained in more detail. Our aim is that the candidate recognizes him/herself in this report, and that they gain additional insights into development area’s. The results will only be shared once the candidate has given consent.
