Dr. Maximilian Riesenhuber heads up the Leadership Services sector. He has two decades of experience in the areas of Talent Strategy as well as Executive Assessment and Development. He has helped both national as well as multinational clients around the globe to define their talent and leadership strategy and practices in critical organizational transitions.
Particularly in merger and restructuring processes Maximilian has supported companies to quickly select the right talent for the new leadership team and organizational set-up. With his experience he enables companies to effectively drive the necessary changes in a way that helps keep people motivated and engaged.
Following his studies of psychology at Phillips-University in Marburg, Maximilian obtained a PhD in Economics at WHU Koblenz.
