Mark Braithwaite is the Managing Director of Odgers Berndtson in Asia Pacific. Mark has been a search professional for more than 20 years, with his current focus on growing the Odgers Berndtson team across the APAC region through our offices in Australia, Greater China, India, Japan and South East Asia. He is also a member of the Odgers Berndtson global Board of Directors. Over the last 15 years, Mark has specialised in working with MNCs as they navigate change and growth.

With his team, he has a significant track record in providing game changing Asia Pacific leaders for leading global companies. His search work has focused on regional leadership teams, including Vice Presidents, Managing Directors and a full range of functional roles. He has worked across the APAC region since 2000. He was a founding Partner of Braithwaite Steiner Pretty, a search firm that achieved sector leadership across all of Asia Pacific in the Technology and Education sectors. BSP was acquired by Odgers Berndtson in 2013. Before his career in search, Mark was the Managing Director of a venture backed technology company and before this he was an engineer in the Aerospace and Telecommunications industries. He is based in Singapore.
