Duncan is a Partner in the Industrial Practice of Odgers Berndtson, based in London.
He leads Odgers Berndtson’s work across the Electricity Supply, Infrastructure and Major Projects sectors. He advises and recruits leadership talent for investors and operators of Transport and Energy Infrastructure including Retail Energy Supply as well as other critical infrastructure projects including Nuclear where there is often a public/private interface. After graduating with a degree from Leeds and an MA in Theology from Bristol University, he spent two years teaching English as a foreign language to businesses in Bilbao, northern Spain.
In 2001 he successfully completed a European MBA at La Universidad Commercial Bilbao before returning to the UK to start his career in recruitment. Duncan joined Odgers Berndtson in 2010 and has worked across Energy, Manufacturing and Infrastructure.
