For most MNCs, demographics are discussed in relation to market opportunities, but they are not top of mind when it comes to the talent pipeline. The “Demographic Cliff”, a term coined by financial writer Harry Dent is real and we are heading towards it at a speedy clip. For global companies, this fact is of critical importance.

Building a talent pipeline is a challenge today, but it is nowhere near as difficult as it will become in the future, especially in the growth markets.
