Based in Singapore, Alasdair Spink is a Managing Partner and Head of the Industrial Practice in APAC.

Alasdair holds over 20 years’ of experience in executive search. As the Managing Partner of Odgers Southeast Asia, Alasdair leads a multi-practice team incorporating experts in Industrial, Technology, Life Sciences, Financial Services and Consumer. 

Alasdair also leads the Industrial Practice for the Asia-Pacific region which includes offices in Japan, Greater China, India, Singapore and Australia. He is responsible for managing regional client relationships, ensuring that Odgers can support clients to appoint outstanding leaders across the entire APAC region combining local knowledge and networks with global “reach” and outstanding process.
