Odgers Berndtson expands Technology & IT Services Practice with new Principal

We’re happy to announce that Daniel Glyn-Jones has joined the Technology & IT Services Practice as a Principal.

Daniel will focus on executive appointments across key areas of the technology landscape. These include advanced analytics, data science, cloud and digital transformation, regulatory tech, forensic technology, information governance, SaaS and cyber security.

Having spent the past 15 years appointing leaders in technology firms, Daniel is an industry veteran. Spanning the UK, EMEA, and North America, he has worked with technology business of all shapes and sizes, from MNCs and consulting firms to telecommunications and financial institutions.

In particular, Daniel has an outstanding track record of building multi-county leadership teams in consulting/advisory business and technology platforms. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, he established his own boutique recruiting firm, specialising in data analytics and digital media.   

2022 is likely to see our technology clients continue to invest in the operational aspects of remote working, M&A activity and integration, employee satisfaction, and P&L improvements. At the same time, they will continue to deal with the operational and regulatory fall out of Brexit, disruption to global supply chains, and the surging demand for corporate environmental action. Executive talent will be central to these issues, and Daniel is well placed to help our clients find the right leaders to meet the challenges of the year ahead and beyond.

Daniel will play a key role within the Technology & IT Services Practice, and I expect he will be an asset to the firm as a whole.
