Odgers Berndtson’s CEO for a Day programme - which gives students the opportunity to work with the Chief Executive for a day - is underway in the UK. This year selected students are spending the day alongside CEOs from: BT, Deloitte, DFS, The Cabinet Office, Edelman, Go-Ahead, ITV, Kier Group, Legal & General, The National Trust, Sage, Standard Chartered & Wier.

Odgers Berndtson's Chief Executive Kester Scrope has also taken part. Computer Science Student and CEO for a Day finalist, Oliver Scholten was picked to shadow Kester for the day. Oliver and Kester spoke to Sky News' Ian King about the programme and about what they had planned for the day.
