Shawn Woessner

Based in Minneapolis, Shawn Woessner is the Co-Head of the U.S. Finance Officers Practice.  For over fifteen years, he has been responsible for leading and executing senior level, global search assignments primarily in the Consumer, Industrial, and Private Equity markets.  

Previously, Shawn was a Managing Partner and Head of the Financial Officer Practice of a global boutique and, prior to that, a Managing Partner at a Big Six global search firm.  He has led numerous financial officer searches as well as assignments for various functional heads across human resources, operations, information technology, engineering, legal and sales & marketing.  A Certified Public Accountant, he began his career at Arthur Andersen before holding accounting and finance roles in industry. 

Shawn received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.
