Open and ambitious. Full of energy and always accessible. Comes into her own in a busy environment. Organised, stress-resistant and service-minded. Caring, and able to quickly connect with people. A good listener who is even better at taking action. That's Yasmin.

Yasmin joined the firm as a Project Assistant in the Leadership practice in May 2022. She is mainly involved in scheduling assessments with clients and supporting the other Project Assistants.

From 2016 until 2019, Yasmin worked at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Amsterdam, where she started as a host with the serving staff after which, she advanced to shift leader. Here is where she discovered her passion for service. As of the summer of 2021, Yasmin worked for various clients via an agency. Among other things, she was a hospitality host at the law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP in Amsterdam.

Yasmin studied International Marketing & Business at the ROC Amsterdam and graduated in 2016. She also obtained a Nima Marketing diploma. In her free time, she loves socialising and is taking a course in Turkish.

She considers Odgers Berndtson to be a warm and people-oriented organisation where everyone works together and is always ready to help. There is room for personal growth too. You work together and take action together. Everyone plays a different role in the organisation, while striving for the same goal. There is a lot of work to do but time to socialise as well. Yasmin feels that she can really be herself here.
