Thelma Ansong

Helpful, driven and inquisitive. That's Thelma in a nutshell. Highly organised and independent, and ensures within her domain that tasks and projects are completed efficiently and creatively with respect for the deadline.  She loves multitasking and is able to prioritise effectively. Objectives are achieved with creativity and humour. She is perfectly capable of adapting to changing priorities and goals without losing her strong work ethic.

That's Thelma.

Thelma joined Odgers Berndtson as Financial Controller on 1 September. She deals with incoming and outgoing invoices, reports, tax issues and payroll administration for the company.

Her previous positions include financial controller at Volvo Cars Selekt.  She has also been treasurer of the Agudee Foundation, an organisation dedicated to raising awareness and tackling HIV/AIDS/STD issues among Ghanaian youth, since 2014.

Thelma studied law at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and graduated in 2015. As soon as she has a spare moment, you'll find her on the golf course. She also enjoys travelling and football.

Thelma thinks Odgers Berndtson is a fun, dynamic company that offers many opportunities for advancement.
