Pieter leads the private equity and consumer practices at Odgers Berndtson in the Netherlands. He helps clients realise their strategic goals by connecting them with the best leaders and supporting them to shape effective leadership teams. Leaders that will add value to the overall strategy and mission of a business. He is also an experienced leadership consultant who analyses profiles of current and future leaders - individually and as a leadership team - providing valuable leadership insights.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson in 2014, Pieter worked for various Executive Search companies in Holland and Cyprus. Prior to that he briefly explored a career as a forensic psychologist.

Pieter has a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He is a family man who loves to travel and play sports: exploring adventure, creativity and spirituality. Wanting to get as much out of life as possible.
