Cecilia Tsim

Cecilia Tsim is Managing Partner of Odgers Berndtson, Hong Kong. She heads the Public Sector Practice focusing on senior-level assignments for government/quasi-government organisations. A certified Hogan Leadership Assessor, Cecilia has over 30 years' human resources, coaching, management assessment and executive search experience. She was Managing Director at JP Morgan as Regional Head of Human Resources Asia Pacific, and Chief Operating Officer for the Bank's Regional Chairman. Prior to that, she has worked with Merrill Lynch, Bank of America and Wardley Ltd. Before joining the financial services sector, she has worked in conglomerates like Swire Group, and corporates such as MTRC, where she was Head of O&M when MTRC first started its operation in the 1970's. Cecilia received a BA (Honours) in English from the University of Hong Kong followed by postgraduate studies in Victorian Literature at Manchester University, United Kingdom.
