Minke describes herself as an approachable person who is always ready to help others. She is organised and loves facts, data and figures. She thrives best when she has a good overview and everything under control. She enjoys turning ideas into a plan and then implementing it. Reliable, honest and a bit of a perfectionist. That's Minke.

At Odgers Berndtson, Minke focuses on connecting people in the Life Sciences industry. Minke joined Odgers Berndtson in 2014 as a Research Consultant, within the Life Sciences practice she further developed her specialisation and is also part of the Global Life Sciences team. Minke has led the research team for over 4 years as Head of Research where she supported new Research Consultants in developing their talent. Minke is also involved in optimising the search process and improving quality, thus creating more value for clients and candidates.

Minke graduated from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and holds a Master in Health Sciences. In 2021, she followed the Leadership Development Program at Nyenrode Business University.
