Michael Drew

Michael's expertise spans the technology and IT services sectors in both EMEA & Asia Pacific. During a 15 year career in executive search, he has partnered with high-growth software innovators and tier-one consulting firms & systems integrators on an international basis. Michael has supported many of the fastest growing technology businesses by securing winning leadership teams, either from the ground up or during times of necessary business change when new leadership and fresh ideas were required to address evolving market challenges. Michael specialises in: software & cloud services, cyber security, IoT, artificial intelligence, HPC & platform computing.

Prior to Odgers Berndtson, Michael spent 12 years building two search firms in London and Sydney, the latter growing to 60 employees, before exiting to an MBO and returning to the UK. Michael began his career in London with Penna Consulting, one of Europe's leading Human Capital Management firms. Michael holds a bachelor of Law (LL.b) and is qualified in Psychometric Assessment from the British Psychological Society.
