Mike’s expertise spans the technology and IT services sector globally.

Joining the Executive Search industry in 1997, Mike has partnered with high-trajectory software and digital consulting firms on an international basis.

Mike has successfully partnered with many rapid start-up and scale-ups, securing winning leadership teams, either from the ground up or during moments of necessary business change, where fresh leadership is needed to address ever evolving market challenges. Mike specialises in: software & SaaS platforms with particular experience across disruptive enterprise technologies including cyber, automation and artificial intelligence.

Prior to Odgers Berndtson, Mike spent more than a decade building two search firms in London and Sydney, the latter growing to 60 employees, before exiting to an MBO and returning to the UK. He began his career in London with Penna Consulting.

Mike is the Chair of Odgers Berndtson's Scale Up Collective and Rebus Mentoring Programme. He holds a bachelor of Law (LL.b) and is qualified in Psychometric Assessment from the British Psychological Society.
