As part of our assessments, or as standalone service, candidates can opt for a structured 360-degree feedback solution. Do you ever ask yourself (one of) the following questions?
• To what extent is my self-view aligned with how others perceive me?
• To what extent do I have the impact that I aim for?
• How can I improve my results, impact and/or approach?
A 360-degree feedback might be just for you to gain insights into your actual performance perceived by your reports, peers, boss, or others. On top of that, you will be asked to answer the questions yourself as well to provide insights into your self-awareness.
The report gives you information about standardized competencies, but also provides the opportunity to give qualitative feedback about ‘what you need to keep doing’, ‘what you should do less of’ and ‘what you should improve at’.
To ensure that these insights are properly understood and provide information for your personal and professional development, a 1-hour coaching session is part of the process. During this coaching session the results will be explained, you will be challenged to think about strengths and development areas, and establish actual actions to take.
