The aim of individual Executive coaching is to coach executives and high potential leaders as they strive to expand their leadership capabilities and career growth.

By this means, we gather quantitative and objective information about the following questions: “When are you at your best?”, “What might happen under stress?” and “What truly drives you?”. This, combined with the initial request, allows us to further sharpen the actual coaching question and increase the impact of our coaching.
