Becky’s expertise spans the Central Government & Housing sectors across the UK.

During a 20-year career in executive search, she has partnered with a range of Central Government Departments & Agencies, and housing providers.

Central Government
With a focus on both senior SCS (and equivalent) appointments, and non-executive and Chair mandates, with a focus on multiple board hires to support new and evolving boards. Becky brings a specialism in attracting talent from multiple sectors. She is adept at working in a multi-stakeholder environment, leading on some of the most complex mandates across Government Departments and Agencies. As executive lead for the RM6290 framework, Becky is responsible for mobilising ‘best for client’ teams, ensuring sector and functional specialist colleagues across Odgers Berndtson are leveraged to deliver specialist assignments, and are equipped to deliver compliant processes.

Housing
Becky focuses on both executive and non-executive mandates within both housing associations and for-profit providers with a local, regional or national focus. She has a reputation for identifying and galvanising relationships with current and emerging talent, with a particular specialism in levering talent from adjacent sectors in a rapidly evolving sector.

Becky has a passion for supporting both the company and clients around the DE&I agenda. She Chairs the Odgers Berndtson ethnicity allies group, and is also a member of the national and international DE&I steering boards. She is a career headhunter, with early roles spent with Harvey Nash and GatenbySanderson. She is a former housing association board member and has a BA (hons) degree in social psychology.
