Rie has been supporting clients with executive search needs for more than 10 years. She has ample experience identifying both future leaders and accomplished executives in Japan and Asia Pacific.

As a generalist, Rie has a vast knowledge across Consumer, Life Science, Technology, and Industrial sectors as well as experience supporting cross-industry searches. She is very capable of applying her expertise across a range of functions and levels of seniority from expert to senior management.

Rie is fluent in English having lived in both the UK and Southeast Asia where she gained a wealth of experience working at multinational companies in IT, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors.
