Ray Carolan

Ray is a Partner at Odgers Berndtson in Ireland. He has over 20 years search experience at Board and C-Suite level. In later years, he has specialised in Private Capital and the Consumer, Food & Retail sectors. Ray also leads the firm's Financial Officers practice.

Ray focuses on Board and C-Suite appointments. He specialises in international and cross-border search assignments and has very extensive UK and European search expertise on behalf of Irish corporate clients. Ray has been instrumental in many of Ireland's most high profile CFO appointments and continues to foster and maintain links with the CFO community.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Ray spent 11 years with KPMG as Director in its executive search practice where he handled board and senior executive appointments in the financial services and consumer sectors.

Ray has an MA from University of Dublin Trinity College.
