Partner, Odgers Interim & Odgers Connect London

Adam is a Partner in the Odgers Interim and Odgers Connect businesses based in London. He leads the Insurance practice for Odgers Interim, working with clients across general insurance, life and pensions, the Lloyd’s market and brokers, supporting them on critical interim executive appointments across all business functions including finance, operations, risk, technology, transformation and HR.

Adam also leads the Odgers Connect business where he supports clients across a range of sectors on strategic, transformational and organisational consulting projects, via a curated network of independent consultants, all with backgrounds from leading consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain and the Big 4.

Prior to joining Odgers in 2016, Adam was a Director at a boutique executive search firm, and before this he spent a brief spell playing professional rugby after graduating from Cardiff Met. Outside of work, Adam is still heavily involved in rugby where he was the London Regional Chairman of the Wooden Spoon charity. He also currently serves as a Governor at Oakley Church of England Combined School.
