Ondria Hart

Ondria is a Research Consultant with Odgers Berndtson Ireland. Having joined the team in December 2019, Ondria’s experience spans fifteen years as a researcher specialising in Executive Search and Prospect Research in South Africa.

Ondria works to appoint C-Suite executives and their direct reports across a broad range of sectors.

Ondria began her executive search career in 2006 with Odgers, Ray and Berndtson South Africa where she supported C-suite and Board appointments for JSE listed companies across a range of sectors including Financial Services, Retail, and Mining. She then joined her alma mater, the University of Cape Town, where she led the Prospect Research function within the Development and Alumni Relations Department, providing information and advancement support services to the University leadership. Ondria returned to search with Jack Hammer Executive Search where she continued her career before moving to Ireland and joining Odgers Berndtson Ireland.

Ondria has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with special focus on Africa and Bachelor of Social Science Honours degree in Criminal Justice both from the University of Cape Town.
