Working globally across all key Gaming hubs, Kat liaises with colleagues across multiple Odgers locations around the world to provide the most effective client experience.

Kat is an Ambassador for Women In Games and is passionate about diversity of thought and solving complex talent challenges through cross-pollination of content-focused industries, in functions where suitable.

Prior to joining the Global Sports, Gaming & Media Practice, Kat worked within our Berwick Partners Emerging Leadership division appointing aspiring executives.

Kat holds a First class BA honours degree in Marketing & Business Management from the Newcastle University.
