Tanya Brain focuses on board appointments in financial services. Tanya joined Odgers Berndtson in August 2010 and has worked on all significant financial services board searches since then across the public, private and third sectors.  

For commercial clients, these appointments span both main board and subsidiary/regulated entities in retail, commercial, wholesale and private banking, insurance and asset management. Tanya has also conducted numerous searches for central authority and regulatory clients. She previously worked for a search boutique in London where she successfully completed numerous assignments for a broad spectrum of investment banking clients. Prior to that, she worked for an executive search firm in Boston, USA focused on serving buy-side clients. Tanya graduated from a Volgograd State University with a BA in Linguistics. She is a triple British/American/Russian national.
