Sonia Florenzo is the Head of the Industrial, Real Estate & Construction Practices of Odgers Berndtson France.
Italian and French, Sonia started her career in Italy working for the group DG Construction on the Lyon-Turin TGV line. Upon her return to France, she joined an international HR Solutions company as a consultant on engineering and industry sectors and actively participated in the creation an executive search firm, offering expertise to big names in the energy, automotive, aviation, rail, defence and construction sectors. Sonia joined Odgers Berndtson in 2013 as the Head of Industrial, Real Estate & Construction.
She graduated from the engineering school INSA in Lyon.
