Lina Sederavicius

Lina Sederavicius is a Client Delivery Manager in Odgers Berndtson's Leadership Advisory Practice. She is responsible for managing exceptional client experience that support individuals and teams to drive sustainable transformation and growth. Additionally, she works to lead innovative growth across the team to enable seamless operations.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Lina spent seven years in the talent development industry in addition to a wide range of experiences in hospitality, not-for-profit and professional services firms. 

Lina graduated from the University of Leeds with an MA in Medieval Studies and holds certificates in Project Management in addition to holding National Coaching Certifications in Gymnastics and Archery. Lina volunteers in numerous clubs and committees dedicated to supporting sports in academic and youth organizations.
