Ed van der Sande

Ed leads the Leadership Services practice and is a trusted advisor to a number of organisations in business. Adding value by identifying and developing powerful leaders and teams that fit the desired strategy and culture. To realise client and candidate ambitions, Ed is always looking for ways to move forward and innovate. 

Before joining Odgers Berndtson in 2007, Ed was a member of the House of Representatives (Tweede Kamer) in the Netherlands. Responsible for the Social Affairs & Employment and Sports portfolios. Prior to that, he held various management roles within General Electric Commercial Finance, including Sales & Marketing Director Benelux.  

Ed is a chartered accountant. Living with his family in the South of the Netherlands where he cycles and runs. He is also a keen photographer.
