Ed Glass

Ed Glass is a Principal in the Technology & IT Services Practice at Odgers Berndtson.

His background is in recruiting senior-level executives in the Software and IT Services sectors with a particular focus on FinTech and HealthTech. He has executed searches across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the Americas for a range of public, private and private equity backed businesses. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in 2017, Ed was a member of the Global Technology Practice at another leading international executive search firm where he was a key member of the FinTech Practice and led the Payments Practice across EMEA.

Ed graduated from the University of St Andrews with a Master’s degree in Philosophy.
