As Deputy Managing Partner, Andrey represents the Moscow office at the international level and is responsible for relations with the other Odgers Berndtson offices across the globe. Besides, Andrey leads the Governance Practice and is in charge of non-executive search, as well as consulting and research assignments in corporate governance. He also leads the Education & NGO Practice that provides executive search and advisory services to organisations operating in this sector.
Being a professional board director, Andrey is a public speaker at conferences, forums, round tables and other events on corporate governance and education.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Andrey worked as Associate Director Governance Services at Standard & Poor’s. He also worked as Deputy CEO at the Corporate Governance Institute of RAO UES of Russia, Head of Business Development at the Russian office of BULL S.A.S, Marketing and Communications Director at the Moscow office of Bureau Veritas Group, Business Consultant at the Bank of New Zealand (National Australia Bank Group) and Representative in South Korea at Active Marine Fisheries OJSC.
Andrey earned the degree of Bachelor of Science in international economics and business administration from the Far-Eastern State University and the University of Maryland. Later he completed the University of Otago MBA programme, and gained a tertiary degree in law at the Moscow Finance and Law University and the Lomonosov Moscow State University. Andrey is an Information Mapping® certified expert and is internationally certified facilitator.
