Based at Odgers Berndtson's Delhi Office, Aksshay is a Senior Researcher.

Aksshay’s search experience dates back to 2010, when he spent over four years at one of the world’s leading executuve search firms and most recently almost a year, at one of India’s leading search firms. During these two stints he worked extensively across the IT Services, Digital, Automotive, Logistics, Chemicals, FMCG / F&B and Life Sciences sectors. Earlier, as a part of his entrepreneurial journey, he created an HR mobile application on two frameworks – Skills and Organizational Culture aimed at Mid-Size Enterprises. Aksshay began his career in 2007 with Gerson Lehrman Group, a primary research firm working on sourcing and recruitment of subject matter experts within the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sectors across the US, Europe and Asia.

Aksshay earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Amity University, India and Master’s in International Human Resource Management from the Henley Business School, UK.
