Antonia is a Consultant in the Schools Practice based in London.  She has experience of working on senior leadership searches for a wide range of independent, maintained and international schools and groups at executive and non-executive level.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson in 2013, Antonia was part of the Education Practice in another international executive search firm. She holds a First Class Masters in German from the University of St Andrews, for which she spent a year working for the British Council in the Austrian Alps.
