Amanda Bugatto

Amanda Bugatto is a National Director, Search Delivery at Odgers Berndtson, based in Toronto. She has more than 18 years of executive search experience in both the private and public sector, with a focus on candidate assessment and client communications. Amanda has extensive experience dealing with committees, developing qualified candidates and managing the background search process.

In addition, Amanda co-leads the Canadian consulting and research team. She is responsible for ensuring national best practices in the area of search delivery, and the hiring and development of Odgers Berndtson’s consultant and research team.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a Business Minor. Amanda is certified in Hogan Assessments and integrates her knowledge of candidate results into the recruitment process.
