Julia Soutter joins Odgers Berndtson APAC as Partner for the Industrial Practice
Odgers Berndtson is delighted to announce the appointment of Julia Soutter as a Partner in the Australian Industrial Practice and Head of Not-for-Profit.
Julia holds over 25 years’ experience in executive search with a strong profile working on Chair, Non-Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer and Senior Executive roles that require concentrated research and search skills beyond traditional networks. Julia’s focus is on senior executive assignments for Infrastructure and Transportation sectors which draws on her significant experience with clients in this area. Formerly a National Account Director, she has led teams to deliver major recruitment projects for transport and infrastructure organisations in the public and private sector.

Previously, Julia had originally joined the Odgers Berndtson London office back in 2005 as Principal for the not-for-profit practice before relocating to Australia and working in a boutique search firm for 9 years. She returned to Odgers Berndtson in 2022 with extensive local expertise. Originally from the United Kingdom, Julia holds MA Honours in International Relations and Modern History from the University of St Andrews.
