Vaaka Partners is looking to strengthen its Business Support team with the new position of a COO. The purpose of the new role is to reinforce the operational backbone to match the requirements of Vaaka’s strategy. In addition to leading the day-to-day and the development of operations apart from investment activities, the role offers room for personal development especially in investor relations.
Relevant experience and qualifications:
• A leadership position in the support functions of an institutional investor and/or
• Versatile experience (HR experience considered a plus) as CFO/controller in a small/medium-sized enterprise.
• Experience in smaller organizations is preferred.
Vaaka Partners is an ambitious private equity firm that helps medium-sized companies to become business champions. Current Vaaka champions include Cloudpermit, Framery, and Staria, and in total the current 14 companies have net sales exceeding €900m and employ over 3,000 professionals. Vaaka is responsible for managing EUR 0.6 billion of private equity funds for primarily European institutional investors.
